Your property will be advertised and shown and potential tenants will be screened thoroughly on their credit, criminal and rental history. I will handle the paperwork that each tenant is required to receive by law, and a tight rental contract. Finally, if you wish to have your property overseen, I too can handle that for you for the duration of the lease. I do inspections, collect rent checks, schedule repairs amongst other things.
